New Flame Retardant Low synthetic hydrated zinc borate

Zinc borate in industry are mainly three kinds of synthetic routes:
① zinc hydroxide - boric acid method, this method produced a single, high production costs;
② zinc oxide - borate method, this process is simple, single product, suitable for small batch production;
③ zinc - borax method, using borax and inexpensive zinc, lower cost [1]. This test uses a zinc salt - the production of zinc borate borax.
